Hi! I’m Julie, a certified holistic health coach with a passion for plant-based living. I’m on a mission to help you reclaim your health naturally, and I believe the more healing we can bring to our own lives, the more healing we can bring to the entire planet.
After experiencing the magic of natural healing myself, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. For about a year, I battled a severe case of psoriasis with traditional “Western” medicine (translation: suppressing symptoms with prescriptions) and saw no improvement - in fact, it just got worse! I knew deep down that there had to be a better way. I made the decision that I would find a way to heal from the inside out, and by making changes to my diet, mind-set and lifestyle, I was able to finally kick the disease into remission! Nature, plants and animals were definitely my first loves (I was born on Earth Day so maybe it’s no surprise!) and these passions continue to fuel my life every day...
